Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All hosting plans can be cancelled monthly. There are no long minimum terms.
Can I change plans later?
At any time. If your website grows, we move you to a larger plan without downtime, and back again if you wish.
Do you handle the move of my existing website?
Yes. We migrate your website including email forwarding and domain settings. Migration is included with Business and Custom.
How often are backups made and how long are they kept?
Once a week with the Start plan, daily with 30 days of retention with the Business plan. For the Custom plan we agree on this together.
What happens in the event of a disruption?
Our monitoring reports anything unusual right away. We analyze the cause, fix it and keep you fully informed about the incident.
